What is your return policy?

What is your shipping policy?

Please note that order processing time may take up to a week from the date of purchase. This processing time allows us to carefully prepare and pack your order to ensure its safe arrival. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the shipping method you choose, and unforeseen circumstances. We provide estimated delivery times below, but please keep in mind that these are estimates and not guarantees:

  • Standard Shipping (UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail): 3-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping (UPS 2nd Day Air or USPS Express Mail): 2-3 business days.
  • Please allow extra time during peak holiday seasons and inclement weather conditions, as these factors may affect delivery times.

Is it possible to change my shipping address?

We ship our orders as soon as possible, so it may not be possible to change your shipping details. Please contact us as soon as possible if a change is needed.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We do charge shipping fees for all international orders.
